The Gran Turismo version of BMW 5-Series may experience some common issues such as a malfunctioning panoramic sunroof, a faulty air conditioning system, or problems with the active suspension system. My issue is a reverse one, my sunroof panel opens just fine, but it closes about 1/4" short of home. So there a small 1/4" gap, and normally this isn't a major issue, but at the summer solstice, the light beams right through that crack into your eyes. And that is very annoying. I have had 2 3 series in the past (1996 318, 2001 330 Convertible), they were pretty reliable with just your regular issues.
