The first half of Zetsuen no Tempest . Essentially, it's about two dudes and a girl, and the girl is murdered, and the boys become entangled in a whole grand plot involving mages and magic that draws tons of parallels to Shakespearian literature. The first half of the series deals with the two guys working their way through a devastated Japan 76K subscribers in the TheLastOfUs2 community. Welcome to the most active subreddit for fans of The Last of Us. Part II is not canon! I loved the story of Bill and Frank. Was a solid 10/10, but genuinely what was the point of it when they did anyway. If it led to Bill somehow surviving the suicide attempt and that's why he turns into a bitter old man in the next episode or whenever and we get all the classic Joel/Ellie/Bill scenes then sure, absolutely give us a full episode with just Bill and Frank and how they came to be. An Episode on Ish in TLOU series? Anyone else think it would be amazing to see an episode on what happened to Ish in the TV Series - would be an amazing contained story that builds the world for people new to the IP and is an awesome wink to the people who love the games. Just thought this would be awesome if it were to happen. I believe it
Ellie is still a kid in the 1st game and we watch her childhood quickly get robbed from her as the storyline progresses which all comes to fruition during the Lakeside Resort chapter. A piece of her died in that fight. Plus having to save Joel's life, Ellie had to grow up too quick.

The show is following the story of the game and from what we can tell so far it's following it extremely faithfully. So yes. Watching or playing one will spoil the story in the other. The game is still worth playing though and being able to control characters makes you identify with them more than being an observer so in a way it can enhance
If it’s for profit or for art. This show has 9.3 on IMDB. That means it’s the best show/movie ever made. It isn’t. People are biased and love zombies and the game, but in reality, the story isn’t unique in any way and the FX/CGI should be on a Avatar level to get that high of a rating.

Meanwhile, John Rocha has heard that the F4 may be announced at the end of next week and an actor who previously declined Reed may be interested again.
And Jesse Armstrong (who is the creator of the series and head writer) seems like the guy that doesn’t care about the award circus at all. He just wants to make good quality content. I definitely think you should watch the show, I think it’s one of the greatest series ever, up there with The Wire, Sopranos, Breaking Bad & Band of Brothers.
Based on the acclaimed video game franchise and created by the game’s mastermind, Neil Druckmann, and Chernobyl creator Craig Mazin, the show is by turns gorgeous and harrowing, brutal and warm
