If there is no external egr, then the egr valve will be located on the back of the intake manifold, on the back side of the 90 degree elbow that the throttle body bolts to. If you can just remove the black 'motor' thats on the top of the egr valve, its held on by 3 torx screws, once removed it will reveal the inner workings of the valve, just spray loads of wd40 or whatever you have into the valve and then use a long screwdriver to push the valve in and out , there is a return J4kFK.
