Always cycle your batteries at least every 3 months to be sure that they do not fail or go into hibernation. Some have reported that they do not wake up from hibernation due to not cycling when not in use for long periods of time. 40% to 60% is ideal for storage. Just keep up with the maintenance.

DJI says the longer flight time vs other Mini drones is possible due to a completely new structural design Most notably, the arms and propellers were adjusted for more aerodynamic flight. How long does the Mini SE battery last? In ideal conditions, the DJI mini SE will have a flight time of approximately 30 minutes. It is common for manufacturers of drones to state the longest battery life and not one found in a real-life situation.
Max Flight Time 34 mins (with Intelligent Flight Battery and measured while flying at 21.6 kph in windless conditions) 47 mins (with Intelligent Flight Battery Plus [7] and measured while flying at 21.6 kph in windless conditions).
The DJI Mavic Pro intelligent battery is officially rated for a maximum flight time of 27 minutes. Obviously during real world use your flight time will be less than this – on a normal flight in standard conditions returning home with 10% battery left for safety we would get around 20-22 minutes of flight time. So, since it’s a 3-cell battery, the DJI Mavic Air 2 Battery should have an 11.1 Voltage. However, DJI claims their battery has an 11.55 V nominal voltage and a 13.2 Limited charge voltage. The DJI Mavic Air 2 battery also has a 3500mAh capacity, which means that it would last 35 hours while discharging 100 amps every hour.
Battery charging is not linear like that, often the first 50-80% can take as long as the last 20%. With the right charger Editor’s Rating: 4.7/5. However, it’s important that you know how long your drone battery will last. In short, The life of a drone battery is always going to be dependent on the size of your drone. Small drones can last anywhere from 8 to 20 minutes, while medium drones will usually last around 20 or 30 minutes and large drones can usually go for 30 or 40 minutes.
An average drone battery has a ‘life’ of about 20 minutes. Low-grade batteries run between 5-10 minutes, while the high-end ones last for 20-60 minutes. You can recharge your drone battery 300-500 times before replacement, which is around 12,500 min, or 200 hours total.
Typically, the Mavic 2 Batteries last for around 200 charge cycles. Since the Mavic Air 2S uses the same battery as the Air 2, we can assume that the Mavic Air 2S also has the same battery lifespan. The 200 charge cycle limit simply means you can only charge and discharge the battery 200 times. A9NMtvK.
